Brush and scrap iron is collected at the Town of Addison collection site four times per year.
The upcoming dates for 2026: January 3, April 4, July 11, & October 3.
Hours continue to be Saturdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Town residents may bring tree brush, leaves, scrap iron, or old metal appliances to 600 Main St., Allenton.
NO TIRES, REFRIGERATORS, FREEZERS, MICROWAVES, TV'S, AIR CONDITIONERS, OR LP TANKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Acceptable items for single stream recycling include:
- Cardboard-cut into 2’x3’ pieces, bundled or tied.
- Paper
- Newspaper
- Food Boxes
- Beverage Cans
- Food Cans

- Jars (glass and plastic)
